Their books are a mess. But you've seen worse.you calmly break the chaos into clear next steps, flag red flags early, and outline a plan that gets everyone aligned. Then, you bring in the right team, assign ownership, and lead the charge.after the call, you're reviewing ar/ap workflows, setting reconciliation priorities, and mapping out the cleanup plan that helps the client sleep at night again.you get to help build the biggest agency accounting firm in the us. Drafting sops. Creating checklists. Managing workload across the team. Spotting capacity issues before they become fires.
