Job description:
the role of a mobile insurance specialist is to provide technical expertise in various product categories and support relationship managers in building trust with customers.
this specialist will work closely with the wealth sales force to deliver insurance solutions that meet the needs of clients, both individually and jointly with relationship managers.
key responsibilities:
* support relationship managers in gaining client trust and confidence in hsbc's capabilities.
* assist in identifying and uncovering client needs, recommending relevant wealth solutions, and assisting relationship managers in presenting and explaining these solutions to clients or conducting end-to-end sales processes on-site.
* commercially manage customer penetration in the wealth segment.
* track and register activity details.
* promote professional sales of insurance products.
* provide specialist advice on appropriate insurance solutions to ensure the protection needs of wealth customers are well met.
requirements:
1. a minimum of three years' experience as a product specialist, life insurance agent, or financial advisor.
2. strong client skills with the ability to deliver a strong client experience and provide needs-based solutions.
3. deep knowledge of specific complex financial solutions and products, including financial markets, socioeconomic dynamics, and regulatory requirements.
4. extensive external market awareness of market conditions, new product solutions, and an understanding of current financial market activities.
5. ability to identify client needs correctly.
6. solid skills in managing consultative sales processes.
7. familiarity with global anti-money laundering standards.
8. team player with collaborative skills.
9. knowledge of local and group compliance regulations.
10. specialization in one or more product categories (e.g., structured products, investments, financial planning).
11. good english language skills for medium to advanced understanding and communication.
12. excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
