*a day in the life*:
- manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, conducting effective, thorough, and objective investigations as needed.
- conducts interviews and gathers information for employee relations matters such as harassment allegations, work complaints, or other concerns. Investigates matters appropriately to resolve internal issues.
- assists with preparation of plans, policies, documents, and reports, organizational charts, and employee handbooks.
- provide guidance on compensation and benefits, including participating in salary surveys and managing the salary structure.
- prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
- act as a change agent to drive and implement organizational changes and interventions inspired by business needs and hr strategy.
*what will help you thrive in this role?*:
- bachelor's degree in hr
- minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources, with at least 2-3 years as hrbp
- proven experience in handling complex employee relations issues.
- experience in the implementation of hr strategies and familiarity with hr operations and legislation in mexico.
- strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- excellent verbal and written communication skills in both spanish and english 80%
- proficiency in with microsoft office: powerpoint and excel at an advanced level.
- extensive knowledge of mexican labor law and employment standards.
