activities
* continuous monitoring of 5s principles to ensure order, cleanliness, and discipline within the area.
* updating, standardizing, and improving work instructions to maintain documentation that is current and aligned with existing processes.
* recording, documenting, and tracking key processes within the area.
* constant presence on the shop floor to serve as an observation point for identifying needs, monitoring operational situations, and ensuring proper workflow.
* participation in meetings to provide real-time information and facilitate decision-making.
skills/requirements
* skills: proactive, organized, eager to learn.
* knowledge: basic understanding of lean manufacturing; proficiency in microsoft office (excel, powerpoint).
* education: industrial engineering (preferably within one year of graduation).
