You will act as the operational hr contact point in mexico while working closely with the global head of hr.this is a country-level role within a global hr setup.key responsibilitiesemployment & hr administrationprepare employment contracts, amendments, and termination documentationmaintain personnel files in compliance with mexican labor lawmanage onboarding and offboarding processestrack probation periods and contract renewalssupport spontaneous and structured recruiting processes2. Payroll & local complianceprepare payroll input and coordinate with local payroll providersadminister time tracking, absences, and leave managementensure compliance with mexican labor law and social security requirementssupport audits, inspections, and documentation requests3. Employee & manager supportact as the first point of contact for employees on hr administrative mattersprovide employment confirmations and required documentationsupport local managers in hr-related processes4.
