*as a ehs specialist ii, you will be responsible for lead and manage the ehsss (environmental, sustainability, health, safety, property security) aspects of the plant, in such a way that there is always positive performance.*
*your task will be*
*comply with legal requirements in ehss and sustainability*
*lead compliance with lear's ehsss initiatives, guidelines, and protocols*
*comply with ctpat and manage the property security system, including cctv*
*monitor and maintain iso 14001, iso 45001, clean industry certifications*
*coordinate ehss risk assessment and lead incident and accident investigations*
*lead ergonomics projects*
*to be successful in this roll you will need*
degree completed in engineering (preferably industrial, environmental, safety, or similar)
english middle level
experience in iso 14001 and 4500 systems
expert (minimum 3 years) in ehss legal requirements, ctpat, work risk prevention, personnel management (a team) and have leadership and communication skills.
