job responsibilities
objetivo de la posición: realizar trabajos asignados de mantenimiento preventivo, correctivo y predictivo en el área de líneas de ensamble equipos auxiliares. Tener la capacidad de visualizar y detectar fallas comunes y no comunes de los equipos del área de tratamiento térmico, así como brindar la solución definitiva de estas fallas, con un enfoque preventivo y hacia la seguridad de los equipos y personal.
conocimientos
diagnóstico y reparación de sistemas mecánicos, neumáticos, hidráulicos, electricidad y electrónica, cnc, interpretación de diagramas, sistemas de control industrial. Procesos de ensamble: conocimientos intermedios en atornilladores automáticos, sistemas de prensado usando controles de distancia y fuerza, control de velocidad de motores, puesta a punto de sensores industriales.
experiencia
de 3 a 5 años de experiencia mantenimiento industrial, preferentemente en líneas de ensamble automotrices. Saber trabajar bajo presión, y tener disponibilidad para trabajar en turnos y fuera de su horario establecido, según se requiera.
conocimientos administrativos
intermedio en el manejo de paquete básico de cómputo (excel, word, powerpoint). Deseable: básico en módulo de mantenimiento sap.
