the successful candidate will be responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product managers, admins, and data scientists, to architect scalable solutions, prototype/deliver new ai features, and engineer prompt frameworks and fine-tuned models for lead qualification, forecasting, workflow automation, content generation, and sales enablement.
key responsibilities:
* design, build, and optimize salesforce sales cloud solutions using industry-leading tools and technologies.
* integrate and manage various large language model (llm) providers and managed services, including openai and aws bedrock.
* develop innovative solutions that leverage ai and machine learning to drive business growth and improve customer experiences.
