what are we looking for:
* graduation date: january–june 2027 (mandatory)
* advanced english (mandatory)
* student in the last semesters of a bachelor's degree in public accounting, finance, banking, or related fields
* intermediate excel skills: formulas, basic functions, filters, pivot tables
* knowledge of general accounting
* knowledge of office 365
* basic knowledge of an erp: sap / oracle r12 (a plus, not mandatory)
* knowledge of concur and onbase (a plus, not mandatory)
main responsibilities:
* support the director of global travel services with ad hoc requests
* audit expense reports using the oversight ai platform
* maintain the department's sharepoint
* administration and/or reporting of corporate cards
