*what you’ll do*drive sales growth by managing and expanding key customer accountsbuild strong, long-term relationships and act as a trusted advisordevelop and execute strategic sales planspartner with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutionsengage with customers both in-person and virtually to support their goals*what we’re looking for*must be *based in monterrey, mexico*master’s degree + 5 years of sales experience (scientific, lab, or healthcare preferred)background in life sciences, chemistry, biology, or related fieldstrong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skillsability to understand technical applications and customer workflowsexperience with crm tools (salesforce preferred)results-driven with a track record of meeting sales targetscomfortable working independently and in collaborative environmentswillingness to travel (50–75%) and valid driver’s licensefluent in english (additional languages are a plus)
