What are we looking for?
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced sap s/4hana ams (application management services) manager to lead our ams operations. The ideal candidate will be a native spanish speaker with advanced english proficiency, adept at managing multidisciplinary teams, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving project success within scope, budget, and timeline. You will be the crucial link between our technical teams and clients, ensuring seamless service delivery for sap s/4hana environments.
Main responsibilities
manage application management services (ams) for sap s/4hana environments.
Ensure adherence to project deadlines, scope, and budget.
Act as the primary point of contact and liaison between technical teams and the client.
Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, including functional consultants, technical developers, and pmos.
Oversee the quality of all project deliverables.
Proactively identify, mitigate, and manage risks and resolve impediments.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
Report on progress, kpis, and project status to internal and external stakeholders.
Work effectively with agile, waterfall, or hybrid project methodologies, adapting as needed.
Manage sap service contracts and ensure compliance with service level agreements (slas).
Key skills and qualifications
proven experience in managing application management services (ams) specifically for sap s/4hana.
Native proficiency in spanish.
Advanced proficiency in english (both written and verbal).
Strong leadership and influencing skills, with the ability to lead multidisciplinary teams, even without formal authority, inspiring trust and motivating others.
Excellent communication (verbal and written), negotiation, and conflict resolution skills, comfortable interacting with both technical teams and executive stakeholders.

This is a hybrid role requiring 2 days per week on-site.
