REQUIREMENTS
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Electronics and Communications Engineering, Project Administration, or a related discipline.
- At least 3 years of experience working as a Service Delivery Manager or in
- Managed Services environments, with ITIL v3/v4 framework knowledge.
- Minimum of 2 years in roles involving financial oversight or budget control.
- Demonstrated experience in project execution within areas such as Data Centers, Contact Centers, Information Security, Cloud Platforms, IT Infrastructure, and Field Operations.
- Solid understanding of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile/Scrum).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Project.
- Familiarity with Cisco technology solutions.
- Experience using virtual collaboration platforms such as WebEx, Teams, or Google Meet.
- Background in team supervision and personnel leadership.
- Strong communication and relationship-building abilities with clients.
- Fluent English, both written and spoken, suitable for business-level communication.
- Willingness to travel and work weekends as needed.
- Preferred qualifications: MBA, experience with Business Intelligence tools, and familiarity with Jira, ClickUp, Monday, Trello, or similar project tracking platforms, as well as project management certifications.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop, implement, and oversee comprehensive Project Plans that include schedules, task delegation, budget and resource administration, and progress tracking throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure proper project monitoring following the client’s chosen methodology (Waterfall, Agile, or Hybrid) and using the designated technological platforms.
Lead and organize project activities, including kickoff sessions, coordination of cross-functional and multicultural teams, logistics planning, and acting as the main communication bridge between internal teams and clients.
- Oversee contractual, financial, and administrative aspects of each project—monitoring cash flow, analyzing costs, budgets, and profitability, managing billing cycles, and ensuring timely collections and contract renewals or amendments in partnership with legal and commercial teams.
- Track revenue performance and profit margins for each assigned project, ensuring alignment with corporate financial targets and delivering reports to senior leadership, while maintaining detailed project documentation.
- Support internal training initiatives, provide mentorship and coaching to team members, and contribute to talent development programs directed by the Operations department.
- Maintain direct and ongoing communication with clients (On-site when required) to strengthen relationships, uphold contractual commitments, and ensure service and deliverables meet business objectives. Collaborate with internal support teams for Managed Services transitions when applicable.
