*about this opportunity*:
we are now looking for a manager of digital order management to join our extraordinary team based in two different regions plano tx or mexico city. You'll be in charge of leading a team that is responsible for booking sales orders according to contractual requirements for all products and services, cpo indexing, triggering the invoicing for mana region.
The job role covers responsibilities that plays a significant role in the operation of the business, supervising and developing teams daily and acting as a liaison between employees and higher management; also will provide for a safe and healthy work environment, promotes well-being, and supports environmental awareness initiatives and programs.
Also the leader shall demonstrate, and be a role model of our values, the five focus areas, and ethical and responsible business practices.
*what you will do*:
- leading members of the team; on individual performance management, drive competence and career management, manage pay, rewards & recognition
- running the business of the unit such as translate ma/ba/gf strategies into unit strategy and actions, create a productive work environment and ensure execution of work, drive performance management of the unit.
- managing the financial efficiency of the unit; accountable for all financial transactions connected to own operational unit.
*you will bring*:
- english and spanish proficiency
- university degree in business administration or relevant area is preferred
- demonstrated ability in supply chain management, purchase.
- problem solving, analytical thinking, strategic thinking.
- results orientation
- product management and market operations experience
- good communication skills in verbal and written
