purpose
in this role, you will be responsible for developing and execute comprehensive training programs for internal employees and external stakeholders (dealers, sales, service partners) to enhance product knowledge, technical expertise, and customer satisfaction for jetour and soueast automotive products.
the ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of training and managing groups, strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
position tasks and responsibilities
* program design - create training curricula covering vehicle specifications, main competitors, new technologies (e.g., ev systems), sales strategies, and after-sales support.
* internal training - train internal teams (sales, marketing, dealer development, technical support) on product updates, brand technologies, and competitive advantages.
* external training – deliver and prepare workshops, certifications, and e-learning modules for dealers to ensure consistent brand representation.
* material development – produce/adjust multilingual training resources (manuals, videos, quizzes) aligned with technical documentation and marketing guidelines.
* performance monitoring - track training outcomes via kpis (e.g., post-training assessments, sales efficiency metrics)
* cross department coordination - collaborate with dd, marketing, and sales to align training with product launches and market feedback.
knowledge of:
technical expertise:
* advanced understanding of automotive systems (powertrain, ev/hybrid technologies, infotainment).
* familiarity with local brand, preferable jetour and soueast product lines, generic engineering specifications, and sales protocols.
industry trends:
* awareness of local and global automotive market dynamics, emerging technologies, and competitor strategies.

* proficiency in virtual and in-person training tools.

experience / education:
* minimum 5 years in automotive training, technical education, or product management.
