job purpose:
build and maintain strong relationships with our customers to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction with our service.
key responsibilities:
- act as the primary point of contact between the customer and the company, ensuring that projects and contract are delivered on time, within budget, and meet customer expectations.
- identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products and services to existing customers, contributing to overall revenue growth.
- address and resolve any issues or concerns that customers may have, acting as an advocate for the customer within the organization.
- collaborate with customers to develop strategies that align with their goals and objectives, helping them achieve success through thedhl's offerings.
- monitor account performance, gather feedback, and report on metrics to ensure continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.
- stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to provide valuable insights to customer and inform business strategies.
who we are looking for:
- fluent in english and spanish.
preferable german.
- desirable logistic experience
- must have previous experience as account manager (rfq, sales, customer centricity)
- finance knowledge (p&l, budget, billing, invoice, etc.)
