- serve as clients' first point of contact, providing empathetic communication and guidance.
- manage files and documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- assist in the preparation and filling forms and documents.
- schedule and coordinate appointments, interviews, and meetings.
- conduct administrative tasks such as interviewing clients, requesting documents, submitting them promptly to the appropriate agencies, and maintaining records.
- work closely with the team to ensure timely progress.
- provide general support to the team as needed
*qualifications*
- proven experience as an administrative assistant, preferably in a law firm or in a corporate legal department.
- experience with office management systems and procedures.
- previous experience in the legal field is a plus.
- comfortable with phone and in-person reception duties.
- high level of discretion and confidentiality for handling sensitive information.
- strong ability to multitask, prioritize daily workload,l and multitasking abilities.
- excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- flexible and adaptable to change including the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- *bilingual proficiency in english-spanish*
