a highly skilled and experienced human resources manager is required to oversee the day-to-day operations of our hr department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources management, with experience in recruiting, employee relations, benefits, and other related tasks.
the successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our hr operational policies and processes are adhered to and continually improved. This includes assisting in all activities concerning the sourcing & recruitment of staff, performance management, staff discipline, and hr administration.
in addition, the human resources manager will coordinate all matters of employee work permits and visas, as well as coordinate and/or conduct departmental training and conduct new hire hotel orientation program.

requirements:
* degree in hr or hospitality.
* 5+ years of hr or hospitality management experience.
* past experience with payroll or managing budgets.
* proficient knowledge of payroll softwares and applicant tracking system.
* knowledge of labor and hotel regulations and laws.
