Job description
purpose of the roleto ensure real-time control, visibility, and execution of the supply chain by monitoring logistics flows, detecting deviations, and enabling proactive decision-making.the command center acts as the nervous system of logistics operations, connecting plants, suppliers, and customers to guarantee stability, efficiency, and performance. Key responsibilitiesmonitor and analyze logistics performance indicators (delivery, transport, warehouse, inventory, etc.) in real time.coordinate and communicate with internal and external stakeholders to prevent or resolve disruptions (production, transport, customs, warehouse).execute escalation protocols and provide 24/7 operational support when required.utilize digital tools and dashboards (e.g., power bi, sap, transport management systems) to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.develop and maintain command center standards, ensuring alignment with vm/na and bosch global logistics strategies.support the creation of predictive alerts and automation tools to improve response time and accuracy.provide data-driven insights to management for decision-making and performance reviews.
Qualifications
