the marketing coordinator is responsible for driving the visibility, desirability, and sales performance of the company’s represented developments and fractional ownership offerings. This role blends strategic planning with hands-on execution, developing and implementing integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, and experiential channels. The coordinator ensures brand consistency, optimizes online presence, and maximizes qualified lead generation. Working closely with internal teams and external partners, this position leverages expertise in seo/sem, social media, and content creation to deliver compelling marketing materials, enhance customer engagement, and support the overall growth of the business.
schedule:
monday to friday 9:00 am to 6:00 pm (with 1 hour for lunch)
saturdays 9:00 am to 1:00 pm
profile:
* bachelor\'s degree in marketing, communication, business, or a related field.
* previous agency or in-house marketing and an understanding of real estate business processes and management.
* advanced english (mandatory) with excellent written and verbal communication in both spanish and english.
* strong attention to detail, organizational and analytical skills for data interpretation and reporting.
* lives in cabo san lucas or has the ability to commute.
* able to travel throughout bcs.
* knowledge of the los cabos/baja sur region and established local vendor/media relationships is highly desirable.

key responsibilities:
strategic marketing leadership:
partner with the marketing manager, media team leader, and developments team to design and execute targeted marketing strategies for developments and fractional products, leveraging market research, competitive analysis, and audience insights to align with business goals and market trends.
integrated marketing planning:
develop and implement multi-channel marketing plans across digital, social, print, and event platforms, ensuring cohesive brand messaging, maximum reach, and consistent engagement while incorporating innovative tactics and emerging technologies.
content and brand management:
oversee the creation of high-quality marketing materials, including brand books, renders, presentations, website content, and social media posts, maintaining brand voice, values, and objectives.
digital marketing and seo expertise:
lead seo and paid advertising campaigns to boost online visibility and lead generation. Keep development websites and landing pages updated with optimized, user-focused content and the latest information.
agency and vendor coordination:
serve as the main liaison with external agencies and partners to ensure timely, cost-effective project delivery, overseeing contracts, timelines, and quality control.
data-driven decision making:
analyze campaign performance metrics to guide strategic decisions, identify optimization opportunities, and provide actionable reports to senior management and developers.
work closely with development, marketing, and sales teams to integrate marketing strategies into all aspects of the project lifecycle, ensuring alignment and effective communication.
site visit coordination:
conduct site visits to capture in-depth knowledge of property features and unique selling points for use in authentic and compelling marketing campaigns.
event coordination:
partner with the event coordinator to plan and execute marketing and sales events, ensuring alignment with brand and marketing objectives.
newsletter creation:
design and distribute regular newsletters with development updates, keeping buyers and prospects informed and engaged.
collaterals, presentations and monthly reports:
continuously refresh sales presentations and landing pages with the most current visuals, messaging, and data to ensure accuracy and effectiveness.
