key roles and responsibilities
* manage the introduction of new product processes, design production line layout, and achieve production capacity (setting product working hours, determining and evaluating product production and capacity)
* introduction of npi new processes and new products for mass production, including design improvement, dfx suggestions during the preliminary review of new products
* provide technical support for product production to ensure smooth production. Deliver improvement and innovation of the process to enhance the automation level of production lines
* design of work instruction files (wi) and process flow chart files
* continuous improvement using the lean method to improve the production line lying down rate, improve production line efficiency, and enhance product quality
* analyze the causes of quality issues that occur in the product, propose and take preventive improvement measures
* design and improve fixtures to facilitate operator operation, improve production efficiency, and product quality.
* provide product quotation services for customers
* use and set up vts, i4, and cooperative tools related to supported areas.
qualifications
* at least 3 years of experience in industrial engineering methods
* experience in electronic manufacturing services (ems)
* desirable large box builds assembly experience
* background in industrial engineering, mechanical, or electronic engineering, and related majors
* english advanced, daily communication with foreign engineers
* familiar with lean methodology and discipline
