the role of assistant manager involves supporting the studio director in production, scheduling and communication.
* manage projects of intermediate-high complexity, or greater depending on the team's needs and pms capabilities, according to the clients' requirements.
* organize material and deadlines with the in-house team & freelancers.
* communicate production and planning to the in-house team & freelancers according to the deadline set for each file/project.
* compile and send clear instructions according to each client's requests.
* receive and verify files according to the standards.
key responsibilities:
* update internal trackers, including feedback for each freelancer based on their performance per project.
* register all the necessary information depending on the workflow in different shared tools within departments.
* complete all other tasks that are deemed appropriate for this role and assigned by the manager/supervisor.
requirements:
* strong communication skills in english and spanish both written and verbal.
* attention to detail.
* highly organized.
* multi-tasking skills.
* excellent critical thinking/problem solving skills.
preferred qualifications:
* knowledge of administration tasks is highly desired.
* minimum bachelor's degree or its equivalent related to administration, languages, production or similar.
* at least 2 years of experience on a related position.
