key job responsibilities
senior ad tech sales managers are experts in multiple products within the amazon ad tech suite. They focus on accelerating feature activation and usage—improving campaign planning, activation, and measurement—to drive media growth and revenue. Responsibilities include selling features, products, or entire suites such as amazon marketing cloud, amazon dsp, apis, and aws components. They collaborate with internal teams to develop strategic plans to grow programmatic media investment through adoption of amazon’s ad tech suite. They need a deep understanding of ad tech and marketing technology industry regulations to advise customers on the best products and features for their needs.
within the adapt team, this role introduces a new approach to adtech sales, combining agility with strategic impact. The position involves managing multiple strategic initiatives across teams, ensuring business growth, and maintaining deep client relationships. Travel up to 50% is required to support european markets and partners.

basic qualifications
* 5+ years of b2b sales experience
