the talent development specialist plays a key role in supporting the growth and development of employees by providing exceptional customer service, consultation, and coaching to managers and associates.

* fluent in english (advanced level).
* 5+ years of employee relations experience or related hr experience.
* excellent customer service, communications, and interpersonal skills.

* demonstrates customer sensitivity, including development of a consultative approach to resolve issues.
