the business operations associate team supports the sales team within arrow. The business operations analyst ensures data accuracy and smooth process execution.
responsibilities:
1. manage daily sales and customer support activities for assigned accounts.
2. place orders with suppliers and follow up for accuracy.
3. review orders and documentation for data accuracy.
4. approve purchase orders.
5. send purchase orders to suppliers.
6. resolve rejections and manage returns.
7. provide order status updates to sales team or customers.
8. review backlog reports to ensure all pos are addressed.
qualifications:
* experience in operations and customer service.
* intermediate-advanced excel skills (lookup & reference, logical functions, concatenation, pivot tables).
* erp/crm experience.
* fluent in english (written and spoken).
preferred skills:
* experience with ibm & redhat software.
work arrangement:
* hybrid: 3 days in-office, 2 days remote.
