Job overview

we are seeking a highly skilled servicenow practice lead to spearhead the establishment and growth of our servicenow practice. As a technical leader, you will be responsible for leading implementations, shaping the future of our servicenow capabilities in mexico and beyond.


key responsibilities

* practice leadership
*
o develop and execute the strategy, vision, and roadmap for our servicenow practice.
o design frameworks, accelerators, and intellectual property to drive delivery efficiency and consistency.
* hands-on delivery
*
o lead implementations across various servicenow modules (itsm, itom, hrsd, csm).
o drive architecture, configuration, and complex integrations with platforms like azure, aws, jira, and sap.
* client engagement
*
o serve as the primary client-facing expert for customers.
o conduct workshops, demos, and executive-level presentations.
o translate technical solutions into measurable business outcomes.
* team building
*
o recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing servicenow team in monterrey.
o promote certifications and ongoing skill development.
* pre-sales support
*
o collaborate with sales on solutioning, rfp responses, and new opportunities.
o develop sows, shape proposals, and contribute to business growth.
* quality & governance
*
o establish and enforce best practices, standards, and governance across all servicenow engagements.


required skills and qualifications

* technical expertise
*
o proven experience with servicenow (itsm + itom required; hrsd and/or csm a plus).
o multiple servicenow certifications (csa + 2+ implementation specialist certs).
o strong background in designing and leading integrations.
o track record of mentoring servicenow developers.
* leadership & communication
*
o bilingual (spanish/english) - able to lead u.s. client calls and build local teams.
o excellent communicator with both technical and c-suite stakeholders.
o experience in pre-sales: demos, workshops, proposals, and executive engagement.
o skilled in writing sows and negotiating requirements.
