* based on the annual sales target, rationally layout the sales channels, decompose the total target into each region, achieve the sales target, and make the risk prevention and control management.
qualifications
* minimum 5 years related experience in industry of mining or otr tyres, being familiar with the given market.
* results driven, have an outstanding track record of delivering results.
* excellent communication and relationship building skills, both internally and externally.
* have the proven success in expanding customer relationships.
* familiar with the regional tire import and export policies, laws and regulations.
