Lead business analyst, pharmathe senior business analyst plays a critical role within our commercial excellence or data engineering & management team, driving data-informed business strategies in the pharmaceutical commercial domain. This role focuses on analyzing complex datasets, gathering business requirements, and delivering actionable insights that optimize omnichannel engagement across hcps (healthcare professionals), patients, and other stakeholders.
The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of pharmaceutical commercial models. You will collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, it, and data teams to ensure business objectives are supported with the right data and analytics frameworks.primary onsite engagement leadfor product owners across it (ddit) and digital data enablement (gbs) workstreams, ensuring alignment between business goals and technical execution.
Translate business needs into actionable goals and objectives, assessing downstream impact across data and digital tracks.
Strategic planning & roadmap development: collaborate with client stakeholders to shape track-level roadmaps and long-term planning initiatives.
Guide the team on prioritization, documentation standards, and project governance best practices.
Consultative data engineering support:partner with client solution architect and internal technical lead to evaluate data engineering routes and integration feasibility.
Hands-on experience with snowflake, aws, and dataiku platforms with sql
familiarity with bi tools such as powerbi and streamlit for data visualization and reporting
create and maintain detailed business requirement documents (brds), functional requirement documents (frds), and user stories
act as the bridge between business users and technical/data teams, ensuring mutual understanding and successful project outcomes.8+ years of experience in program management, business analysis, and data enablement roles, with a strong focus on digital transformation and data engineering initiatives preferably in life sciences or allied industries
