a retail manager will be responsible for the proper functioning of market and sell merchandise to guests and to ensure guest satisfaction and maximum profitability.
what will i be doing?
participates in buying, ordering, inspecting, pricing and displaying merchandise, conducting inventory, selecting and managing vendors, manages the financial processes of forecasting, budget budgeting, purchasing, payroll and inventory control. Performs duties of gift shop clerk as needed. Trains, supervises, schedules and assists in evaluating staff.
