about the role
we’re looking for a bilingual hr generalist with a strong focus on labor relations to join our team in mexico city. This role is ideal for professionals who are passionate about building positive employee relations and partnering closely with operations — no legal background required .
this position plays a key role in fostering a healthy work environment, ensuring compliance, and driving effective labor practices across the organization.
what will you do?
you will support and strengthen labor relations through:
* managing internal investigations in line with company policies
* supporting and participating in union-related processes
* building strong relationships with operations leaders, employees, and senior management
* contributing to internal committees with insights aligned to labor regulations
* delivering training on labor practices and compliance
* supporting labor inspections and ensuring proper follow-up
* reviewing and managing internal labor agreements
what are we looking for?
* degree in human resources, business administration, psychology, or related fields ( non-legal profiles only )
* solid knowledge of mexican labor law (lft)
* familiarity with nom-035 and nom-037
* understanding of social security law
* 3–5+ years of experience in global organizations
* strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
* advanced english (c1/c2)
