Overview

This full-time, on-site role ensures timely availability of raw materials and components for production, optimizes inventory levels, and guarantees operational continuity. The role acts as a liaison between purchasing, production, logistics, and suppliers to maintain an efficient flow of materials.
responsibilities
* plan and schedule material requirements based on the production plan.
* coordinate with suppliers to ensure on-time deliveries in the correct quantities.
* analyze demand variations and adjust supply plans.
* track open orders, delays, and potential stockout risks.
* ensure the quality and consistency of key data: lead time, quantity, and inventory policy.
* manage supplier order delays (creating and rescheduling manufacturing and purchase orders).
* measure the kpi (external supplier service index) and drive recovery action plans.
* manage the backlog of orders (bol), stockouts, and take action to ensure product availability.
requirements
* bachelor degree in international business, international trade, business management, business administration, industrial engineer, or related field
* 5+ years of experience in a related position focused on materials supply and finished product
