overview:
we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced bilingual sales and vip services executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, identifying new sales opportunities, and building strong relationships with our clients.
Key responsibilities:
- develop and maintain relationships with clients through personalized attention and exceptional service
- identify new sales opportunities and present economic proposals to clients
- follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues
- collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services
- meet and exceed monthly sales targets and objectives
*requirements*:
- bachelor's degree in marketing, hospitality-tourism, or related field
- at least 2 years of experience in consultative sales, service sales, or vip client service
- advanced english proficiency (toefl, ielts, cambridge)
- experience with crm software (salesforce, hubspot) is a plus
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
