The role
as an oex intern supporting the operational excellence team, you will contribute to digital and process improvement initiatives focused on scrap reduction, operational efficiency, and cost savings. You will support data analysis, system monitoring, and digital tool development to improve visibility of manufacturing performance. Your work will directly support oex masters and oex intelligence projects, enabling better decision‑making and sustained reduction of waste and scrap.
what you’ll do (impact areas)
* support digital improvement initiatives for scrap reduction (orec‑efa) across manufacturing processes.
* develop, maintain, and update power bi dashboards to track model changes, scrap, and operational performance.
* monitor evocon and mes systems, including follow‑up on system issues, data inconsistencies, and process failures.
* support oex master and oex intelligence in scrap and waste reduction projects through specific digital activities per project.
* track, prioritize, and support the development of requested power apps for different departments.
* analyze operational data to identify opportunities for process improvement, scrap reduction, and savings generation.
* maintain organized digital documentation, trackers, and reports related to oex initiatives.
