Job summary
we are seeking a highly analytical and tech-savvy data operations specialist to bridge marketing strategy with technology execution. This role will ensure campaigns are data-driven, personalized, and optimized across platforms.
the ideal candidate will work closely with crm, it, and sales teams to manage tools, analyze performance, and improve customer engagement throughout the customer lifecycle & data architecture.
key responsibilities:
* data analysis: collect, clean, and analyze customer and campaign data from multiple sources. Build dashboards and reports to track kpis (e.g., lead conversion, engagement, roi).
* martech operations: maintain and optimize the marketing technology stack (crm, automation, analytics, etc.). Support integration between platforms (e.g., crm email web analytics).
requirements:
* advanced english skills
* certifications in martech and specific platforms
* proficiency in salesforce, adobe experience cloud, google analytics, and sql
* familiarity with automation platforms, personalization tools, and data orchestration systems
