About the role
as an onboarding engineer you will be responsible for ensuring the successful implementation of clevertap's mobile and web application sdks, smooth onboarding of new customers to clevertap's ui allowing our customers to realize their business goals and use cases.
* work directly with technical stakeholders and development teams to guide them on successful integration of clevertap sdks and apis.
* ensure smooth and timely onboarding of customers to clevertap by successfully implementing the platform with a focus on reducing time to value (ttv).
* build relationships, educate, guide and train customers' business users, developers and other technical stakeholders through the implementation process, campaign creation and successful 'go live'.
* act as a product consultant to customers, help define technical solutions and requirements, assist with product integration, troubleshooting, conduct technical audits & reviews to ensure adherence to guidelines, quality, performance and data sanity.
* participate in technical discussions, identify use cases, technical enhancements, and provide actionable inputs to internal teams (cs, product, engineering, etc.).
* document technical requirements, create content, estimate schedules and timelines, goals/metrics, and customer objective key results.
* enable, create and sign off campaigns with customers.
* maintain customer satisfaction through continued technical support, troubleshooting, solutioning and unblocking technical integration issues.
qualifications
must have
* hands‑on experience with mobile app development (android, ios, hybrid), web technologies, apis & integration techniques.
* ability to translate and troubleshoot various scripting languages.
* familiarity or experience integrating sdks.
* technical problem solving.
* understanding of software design and deployment, database concepts.
* understanding of project management methods & tools.
* experience presenting in portuguese, spanish and english.
* bachelor's degree in computer science or related fields.
good to have
* 2-3 years experience of onboarding saas customers.

* 4+ years of experience in a customer‑facing role involving saas product implementation.
* 2+ years of experience in mobile app development.
* technical support experience.
