We are seeking a professional with at least 5 years of experience in channel sales within the cosmetics industry to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with distributors and retailers, as well as achieving established sales targets.key account management:order fulfillment and account management for assigned clients: including order processing, picking and packing,logistics coordination, after-sales support, payment collection tracking, and monitoring client sales performance. Negotiation:lead commercial agreement and contract negotiations with clients. Strategic planning:design and implement effective sales strategies. Daily translation of client communications (spanish/english).experience:minimum 2 years in channel sales (cosmetics industry required). Communication skills:fluent verbal and written english and spanish. Results-driven:strong performance orientation and ability to work under pressure. Negotiation skills:proven track record in closing commercial deals. English proficiency:c1.
