* develop and implement a content strategy that aligns with regional and local initiatives.

* collaborate with content teams and agencies to create assets for social media posts and execute them according to a content calendar.
* monitor and analyze the performance of key social media platforms to identify trends and opportunities.
* gather and report community sentiment on key topics discussed in community channels.
requirements:
* at least 3 years of experience working with digital communities.
* strong understanding of gaming communities and channels (e.g., discord, social media groups) with knowledge of relevant tools and practices to enhance engagement.
* proficiency in microsoft office and google suite.
* excellent verbal and written communication skills.
