we are seeking a creative and experienced graphic designer with a strong background in the food and beverage industry. The ideal candidate will be passionate about designing visually appealing digital assets that drive engagement and conversions across franchise and multi-location businesses. If you have proven expertise in creating digital ads for google and meta platforms and a keen eye for detail in brand consistency, we invite you to apply.

* design for digital marketing: create visually appealing graphics tailored for digital marketing campaigns, specifically for google ads and meta ads.
* brand alignment: collaborate with marketing teams to develop design assets that align with the branding guidelines of franchise food and beverage businesses.
* content creation: develop creative content across various digital formats, including banners, display ads, and social media posts.
* brand consistency: ensure brand consistency across all designs while accommodating the unique elements of individual franchise locations.
* asset adaptation: adapt and modify existing brand assets to meet the diverse needs of different franchises or regional markets.
* market engagement: work closely with franchise owners and marketing teams to understand target audiences and local market preferences.
* optimization: optimize design elements for maximum performance on google and meta advertising platforms.
* trend awareness: stay updated on the latest trends in digital advertising and design, particularly within the food and hospitality sectors.
* asset management: maintain a comprehensive library of digital assets and templates that can be easily customized for various franchise locations.
requirements:
* educational background: bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual arts, or a related field.
* industry experience: 3+ years of experience as a graphic designer, with a focus on the food and beverage industry and franchise businesses preferred.
* technical skills: proven expertise in creating digital ads for google and meta platforms.
* design tools: proficiency in adobe creative suite (photoshop, illustrator, indesign) and other relevant design tools.
* brand management: strong understanding of brand identity with the ability to maintain consistency across multiple franchise locations.
* communication skills: excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
* market insight: knowledge of marketing trends within the food industry and experience designing for restaurants or similar businesses.
* optimization & testing: familiarity with a/b testing and performance-driven design practices is a plus.
* additional expertise: experience in paid media strategy and seo is highly valued.
