We are seeking a highly organized and proactive technical business analyst to support documentation, analysis, and cross‐functional collaboration across multiple projects. The ideal candidate excels at translating business requirements into clear documentation, facilitating communication between technical and non‐technical teams, and maintaining high standards of accuracy, organization, and clarity.
in this role, you'll work in one of our ibm consulting client innovation centers (delivery centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.
your role and responsibilities documentation
·document detailed meeting notes, action items, and follow‐ups.
* create and maintain clear, concise, and comprehensive project documentation, including user manuals, technical specifications, and process flows.
* ensure all documentation remains up to date and easily accessible to all relevant stakeholders.
analysis
·analyze business processes and workflows to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.
* collaborate with project managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into structured, actionable documentation.
proactive engagement
·engage proactively with team members and stakeholders to gather required information.
* provide transparent updates on documentation progress and ensure alignment across teams.
* communicate effectively to maintain shared understanding of project goals and requirements.
presentations
·develop and deliver presentations to communicate project updates, technical details, and business insights.
* create visually engaging and informative presentations using tools such as powerpoint.
required education
bachelor's degree
required technical and professional expertise

* experience working in agile or hybrid project environments.
* familiarity with tools such as confluence, jira, visio, or similar documentation and process‐mapping tools.
* basic understanding of software development lifecycle (sdlc) and technical concepts.
* experience collaborating with cross‐functional technical teams (developers, qa, pmo).
