* ensure flawless execution in ground, maritime, and air logistics, maintaining top otif (on time in full) service levels globally.
* digitally onboard 5,000+ active carriers in mexico, expand in the us. Grow 10,000+ new domestic trips/month, and integrate 20,000 global forwarders (wca + jc trans) into otif's ecosystem.
* expand relationship with ocean carriers, airlines, and international agents.
* oversee full supply chain operations across direct distribution and wholesale/distributor channels, driving speed, and cost optimization
* product, r&d & innovation leadership embedded in consumer-centricity across all product and service development.
* transform bold ideas into scalable innovations, and accelerate speed-to-market and continuous improvement.
* optimization of routes, cost reduction, and contingency management.
