* preserve the integrity, accuracy of the company's financial records
* providing precise and timely financial information to support strategic decision
* own and improve the accounting of the company, under the sofom regulations.
* work with cnbv and condusef for monthly, quarterly and yearly reporting.
* issue monthly financial statements.
* work with the auditors in order to issue annual audited financial statements.
* work with the people team to ensure the correct payroll distribution and imss, infonavit.
* lead administrative back office (accounts payables, invoices, sat, taxes).
* drive and implement efficient and advanced financial information technologies and systems to improve efficiency in financial and accounting management.
* legal representative responsibilities. Act as the official legal representative of sofom in all legal and regulatory matters, including communication with regulatory authorities and representation in legal proceedings if necessary.
perfil buscado
* leadership experience in a performance accounting role (fintech startup).
* 3-5 years of experience working with sofomes and sofipo etc.
* advanced accounting, and fiscal/legal level.
* excellent communication skills and the ability to work with diverse teams.
* fluent in both english and spanish.
* portfolio size, incomes, team size, previous experience leading a team.
* +10 of accounting experience.
