**The Job**:
- This position will manage project scope and timelines for our internal clients and the Performance Marketing team with the Creative and Content teams. These projects will involve multi-channel communications and will be liaising between strategy, design, social, digital, and content teams. It will be responsible for planning, organizing, managing, and executing projects from beginning to end. The project scope can vary from single pieces to multifaceted, multichannel cross functional campaigns/projects.**This position is not involved in the creation of campaigns or marketing strategies, this is purely project management for these teams.**
**What you will be doing**:
- ** Project Planning and Execution**: Develop comprehensive project plans, define clear objectives, and oversee project timelines from inception to completion.
- ** Stakeholder Management**: Build strong relationships with internal clients and team members, effectively communicate project updates, addressing concerns, and managing expectations.
- ** Resource Allocation**: Coordinate resource allocation, ensuring efficient utilization of team members and external vendors.
- ** Risk Management**: Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks, developing contingency plans to ensure project success.
- ** Quality Assurance**: Oversee project quality, ensuring deliverables meet established standards and client expectations.
- ** Process Improvement**: Continuously identify opportunities to improve project management processes, streamline workflows, and enhance team efficiency.
- ** Reporting and Analysis**: Prepare regular project status reports, analyze project performance, and identify areas for improvement.
**What you will likely bring**:
- Proven experience in project management, ideally within a marketing or advertising environment.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
- In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
- Experience with web creation and site project management.
- Knowledge or experience on event project management
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
**What could set you apart**:
- Experience in the marketing industry, with a solid understanding of design and content creation processes, and web/sites project cycles.
- PMP (Project Management Professional) certification.
