About the role: this company is a growing insurance brokerage operation that builds and scales sales teams, and they are looking to bring on a sales appointment setter & candidate outreach specialist to help with outbound lead conversion and candidate pipeline growth. You will be calling warm and cold leads daily, booking appointments, and initiating conversations with potential agents to move them into the hiring pipeline. You will also conduct initial screening calls with potential candidates, acting as the first point of contact and qualifying them before passing them to the next stage.
