an it specialist in a global organization will be responsible for managing the entire is&t infrastructure and providing end-user support.
* this position works closely with internal departments and headquarters to ensure seamless operations.
main responsibilities include:
1. providing technical support to end-users, executing technical operations, and troubleshooting incidents.
2. deploying new technology devices, qualifying technical/business application issues, and debugging before escalating tickets.
3. managing local vendors, negotiating service contracts, and ensuring necessary support from hq is&t department.
4. facilitating application support in coordination with key users and hq teams.
5. working locally with brands' teams and ssc to understand operational needs and long-term evolution.
6. collaborating with hq it team to understand global strategy.
7. consolidating local projects into an implementation roadmap and organizing local resources for implementation.
8. defining it cost center budget and following up on costs.
9. setting up kpis to monitor service levels provided to stores and hq, following service desk activity, and defining action plans to improve service.
10. representing the organization within the lvmh mexico is&t community and implementing regional and global cyber security policies.
11. analyzing incidents and sharing conclusions.
