Overview

Arrow Electronics is looking for an experienced Inside Sales Representative. This position acts as the liaison between suppliers and customers to build and establish long-term business partnerships for Arrow. This Inside Sales Representative will be empowered to make business decisions within set guidelines to help grow the business and meet or exceed sales goals directly affecting their compensation plan.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Manage the overall account relationship by providing strategic service and support to assigned customer base. Maximize margins, gain market share, and drive value added solution selling. Work with internal and external resources to provide customer service, facilitate quoting, fulfill demand, ensure on-time delivery of orders, provide engineering support, troubleshoot customer problems, and act as the key liaison between suppliers and customers to build long-term partnerships for Arrow.
- Develop and manage customer strategy in the assigned account territory. Engage in supply chain activities such as e-Compass, Consignments, CARES (Customer Automated Replenishment System); sell and capture opportunities through synergistic products (e.g., White Space Report, PEMCO Mix), Reverse Logistics, GBC (Global Business Conversion) & ITAD (Information Technology Asset Disposition). Drive Solutions Selling within the approved account strategy; assess competitive landscape and make sales decisions accordingly.
- Manage ongoing Sales Support activities for the Order to Invoice process. Serve as the customer interface for backend Quality processes (corrective actions, Field Quality Reports). Maintain Perfect Order Index (POI) and inventory integrity to minimize write-offs/bill-backs. Coordinate Credit & Financial information and collaborate with all relevant resources and support functions.
- Own the Quote to Order process for sales objectives, set strategy for quotes, coordinate resources (Quote Center, Quote Cover Sheet, PM Views, Management, FSR, Suppliers, Value Add, and SSG), validate EOL and item class changes (NCNR), negotiate pricing and quote markup, and notify customers of price increases.
- This role participates in a sales compensation plan with a portion of OTE tied to specific sales-related goals.

What We Are Looking For

- Typically requires a 4 year degree and 2–4 years of related experience.
- Strong sales and negotiating abilities.
- Ability to build and maintain effective business relationships with clients.
- Industry experience and knowledge of Arrow systems are required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; fluent in English.
- Experience managing complex general accounts.
- Skilled in navigating challenging client interactions with professionalism.

Work Arrangement

- Hybrid: 3 days in office/2 days work from home

Details

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate: $38,541.67 - $47,307.24 MXN Monthly. Actual compensation may vary based on location, experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
