Job purpose
the senior warehouse operations supervisor will be responsible for leading and optimizing the daily warehouse activities, ensuring operational efficiency and compliance with quality and safety standards. This role is key to ensuring that operations are carried out effectively, meeting customer expectations and applicable regulations.
Key responsibilities
supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations, ensuring the proper receiving, storage, and distribution of products.
Implement and monitor operational processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs, ensuring compliance with established kpis.
Lead, train, and develop the team, fostering a collaborative and high‑performance work environment.
Ensure compliance with safety and quality regulations, as well as dhl supply chain’s internal procedures.
Collaborate with other departments to optimize the supply chain and proactively resolve operational issues.
Conduct audits and process analyses to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
Who we are looking for
experience in warehouse operations, preferably in a logistics or supply chain environment.
Experience in team leadership and people management.
Knowledge of safety and quality regulations applicable to the industry.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to solve problems effectively.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Proficiency in english (spoken and written) is a plus.
Availability to work in nextlalpan, state of mexico.
