Senior revenue manager
as a key member of our financial leadership team, this role oversees strategic planning and data analysis to drive profitability improvements across retail concessionaires in ac latam/mexico.
key responsibilities:
* develop intuitive dashboards for real-time insights and kpis at both concessionaire and company levels, enabling data-driven decision making.
* streamline new client onboarding into comex cloud to enhance sell-out data completeness across all concessions, fostering growth opportunities.
* train concessionaires and internal teams on company-provided tools to empower understanding of profitability, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
* conduct thorough benchmarking and competitive analysis to identify performance gaps and best practices, generating actionable recommendations for concessionaires.
* implement point-of-sale plexus and comex + recommendation systems to promote cross-selling habits and drive revenue growth.
requirements:
* bachelor's degree in economic-administrative fields; preferably in accounting, business administration, or economics.
* minimum of 5 years of experience in financial analysis, planning, and organization, with a focus on retail or concessionaire environments.
* proficient in data management and analysis, with strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
* ability to adapt to change and effectively analyze and interpret data related to commercial and market trends.
* expertise in negotiation and sales techniques.
