*your tasks*
coordinating and providing operational support concerning hr processes with key relevance (recruiting of positions, performance management, talent review/career planning, succession planning and organizational
development).
- cooperate in hr projects and implement the company's personnel instruments and tools.
- create internal advertisements of vacancy in accordance with company regulations in coordination with the specialist departments.
- participate in and organize internal events if necessary.
- implement training programs that align with company goals and employee development needs.
- advice superiors and employees in all staff matters including remuneration issues, where appropriate in
cooperation with the relevant departments & experts.

Qualifications:
- bachelor’s degree: human resources management, business administration, industrial engineering psychology or a related field
- experience: more than 2 years of job-related experience.
