Trusted by some of the world’s most recognized brands (Netflix, WWE, Cinespia, Amazon, and more) and rapidly expanding into theme parks, stadiums, festivals, and touring productions, the team is redefining how audiences experience wonder on a massive scale.

To accelerate this momentum, they are seeking a tenacious, relationship-driven Business Development Representative - Entertainment who thrives on uncovering opportunities and sparking meaningful conversations with decision-makers. This role is all about strategy and relationship building — sourcing high-potential leads in the live entertainment and attractions sectors, then connecting them to the internal sales and creative team to bring bold projects to life. This is a high-impact, remote opportunity with a US-based company.

What You’ll Do

- Research & Lead Generation: Identify and qualify theme park contacts, entertainment directors, event producers, and decision-makers responsible for guest experience or live show innovation.
- Outreach & Relationship Building: Use email, LinkedIn, warm intros, and trade show networking to start conversations and introduce our Drones as a must-see, must-book creative partner.
- Lead Qualification: Conduct brief discovery calls to understand client goals and determine fit for drone show integration.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain and track outreach activity in CRM, keeping the team updated on warm/hot leads and promising opportunities.
- Market Intelligence: Stay informed on upcoming park expansions, seasonal events, tech-forward entertainment trends, and competitor activity.
- Handoff to Creative Team: Seamlessly transition qualified leads to senior leadership for proposals, pitch development, and closing.

What You Need

- Have 2–4 years of experience in sales, partnerships, or biz dev—ideally in live entertainment, experiential marketing, or tech-forward creative services
- Love sniffing out new opportunities and enjoy the chase of turning a cold lead into a warm one
- Are confident, curious, and clear in your communication—whether cold emailing or chatting up someone at IAAPA
- Understand the unique world of theme parks and/or large-scale guest entertainment (a plus if you’ve worked with or pitched to companies like Disney, Universal, Cedar Fair, Six Flags, etc.)
- Are organized and thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
- Are excited by big ideas and want to help sell some of the most boundary-pushing entertainment moments in the sky

Salary & Perks

- This is a full-time, long-term position.
- The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with TLNT.
- Work from home.
- Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (+/- 1 hour accepted) - PST.
