This role is critical to strengthening our learning culture by delivering impactful training programs, facilitating team development initiatives, and ensuring employees across the organization receive consistent and high-quality development opportunities. The position will support organizational capability building while ensuring alignment with res values, culture, and business priorities.key responsibilities facilitate engaging training sessions and team-building workshops, both in-person and virtually, to support employee development across the business. Partner with people & culture business partners and key stakeholders to identify development needs and align training initiatives with business objectives. Support the planning, execution, and evaluation of talent development programs to ensure effectiveness and alignment with organizational goals. Collaborate with talent development specialists, instructional designers, hsqe, construction, and technical trainers to ensure consistent and equitable development opportunities. Gather feedback from participants and stakeholders to continuously improve training content and delivery methods. Monitor learning effectiveness through data analysis and recommend improvements based on insights. Support a strong culture of safety, quality, collaboration, and continuous learning. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and the res code of conduct.required profile bachelor's degree inpsychology, human resources, organizational development, business administration, or related fields(preferred). Minimum 3–5 years of experiencefacilitating training programs for adult learners, preferably in corporate environments. Experience working with cross-functional teams and subject matter experts to deliver learning solutions. Experience in program management, including planning, execution, and evaluation of training initiatives. Strong knowledge ofadult learning principles, facilitation techniques, and organizational development practices. Experience withlearning management systems (lms) and digital learning platforms. Bilingual english and spanish (mandatory) with strong presentation and facilitation skills in both languages. Strong analytical skills to identify learning gaps and translate them into effective development solutions. Ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
