* quality tools (5s, dmaic, 6 sigma, doe, 5 why, 8d, poka yoke).
* tools lean manufacturing (vsm, jidoka, jit, kanban, tpm, std work, cell manufacturing, smed).
* smt process (screen printing, reflow oven, pin through hole, wave soldering, ict, test).
* mechanical integration (top level).
* lean six sigma.
* english 90%.
activities / responsibilities
* implementation of improvements to increase line capacity and cost reduction.
* kaizen to improve the production processes.
* mapping (vsm) to describe the current condition of process or line, to find opportunities for improvements.
* advice to document improvements implemented in production floor by different departments.
* standardization of all stations and structures to pipe structures, give it a radical change at plant image.
* improve visual factory in assembly stations.
